Shipping and Return Eligibility
To qualify for a refund or exchange:
- Email us at info@opticclass.com stating the reason as to why you want to return/exchange the product.
- After confirmation, return the product to Optic Class Retail Store, located at Shop # 8 & 9 Shan Arcade, Barkat Market, New Garden Town, Lahore.
- Ensure the product is unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
- Include the original receipt with the product.
Specific Product Conditions:
- Eyeglasses/Sunglasses: Items should not be scratched or show any signs of wear and tear.
- Other products: The Seal should remain intact for a refund or exchange
Note: If a product is delivered by a courier, the package cannot be opened at the time of delivery nor returned immediately to the courier. If an issue arises at the time of delivery, you have 7 days from the delivery date to initiate an exchange.
How to Claim a Refund or Exchange:
- Notify us within 7 working days of delivery via email at info@opticclass.com or by phone at +92 3700078357 stating your need for an exchange or refund.
- Email us at info@opticclass.com stating the reason as to why you want to return/exchange the product.
- Bear the cost of returning the product to the Optic Class Retail Store.
Please Note:
- Upon receipt of the returned item at our retail store, it will take 48 working hours to inspect the item. You will be informed about the approval or rejection of your claim via call or email.
- If the returned product does not meet the above conditions, we will return it at your expense.
- Visiting our store in person for refunds or exchanges is highly recommended.
- Claims for exchanges must be made within 7 days after delivery.
