Eligibility

• Contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@opticclass.com or +92 370 0078357, stating your reason for return/exchange.
• Product must be unused, in original condition and packaging, with the original receipt.
• Eyeglasses/sunglasses must be free of scratches or wear; other products must have an intact seal.

How It Works

1. Email or call us within 7 days of delivery to request a return/exchange.
2. Send the product back to our store: Optic Class Retail Store, Shop # 8 & 9, Shan Arcade, Barkat Market, New Garden Town, Lahore (return shipping cost is borne by the customer).
3. We'll inspect it within 48 working hours and notify you of approval or rejection by call or email.
4. If the item doesn't meet the conditions above, it will be returned to you at your expense.
